Website Redesign Pricing Packages: Define the Service Clearly

A website redesign package should make the value of your agency’s work easy to understand: a professional website, customer journeys that fit the business and a clear plan for keeping it useful after launch. Build your offer around those outcomes, then explain the deliverables and service that support them.

This guide is for agencies packaging client work. If you want to build your own website in Revamp, see the current platform plans instead.

Package around meaningful differences

Do not make page count the entire offer. A five-page website with a booking system and imported customer resources is different from five pages of supplied copy.

Possible service structures include:

ServiceClient needWork to define
Focused redesignExisting content and journeys mainly stayDesign changes, selected content updates and publication
Website rebuildContent, structure or customer journeys need to changePages, imports, working features and launch review
Ongoing website serviceThe business needs regular additions and improvementsUpdate process, responsibilities, review cadence and service scope

These are examples to adapt, not Revamp subscription tiers or a requirement to sell three packages.

Make each package a complete offer

For each service, state:

  • Who it is for.
  • The problem it addresses.
  • The pages, content and working features included.
  • What the client provides or approves.
  • How reviews and publication work.
  • What ongoing help is included.
  • What is outside this particular engagement.

Avoid making essential quality sound like an upgrade. A lower-scope service should still have a coherent result and clear review process.

Describe working features in business language

Instead of “advanced integration package,” explain the result:

Customers can book by location and receive confirmation, while the team manages appointments on the website.

Revamp supports building these features in the same project as the redesign. Your package can include them when they fit the client’s needs; they are not automatically a separate technical project.

Keep service fees and platform costs distinct

Your agency decides its fees for discovery, creative direction, content, delivery and ongoing service. Revamp’s subscription provides the platform and plan allowances.

Record who pays for the platform and any connected services. If you use the quote calculator, treat its example estimates as illustrative rather than market benchmarks or prescribed agency prices.

Explain how additions are handled

Let clients know how they can add a page, new offer or working feature later. Define whether the request belongs to an ongoing service or a separately agreed addition.

Revamp lets you keep building in the same project. The service discussion is about your agency’s responsibilities and fees, not the need to start the website over.

Use the scope worksheet and revision workflow to make that practical.

Show the delivery experience

A preview gives the client something concrete to review. Explain how feedback becomes changes and how the finished website is published.

For an ongoing engagement, show how a later change can stay in preview until approved. That tells the client more about the working relationship than an unexplained “premium support” label.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need three packages?

No. Use as many as represent clear, useful choices. One defined service with optional additions may suit some agencies better.

Should a package promise more leads?

State the business objective and the work that supports it. Do not guarantee leads, revenue or rankings from a redesign.

Does faster building mean we must charge less?

Your fee can reflect strategy, creative direction, understanding the client’s business and ongoing service, as well as delivery effort. Revamp handles technical implementation so your team can focus on those contributions. Set a fee that fits your costs and the service you agree to provide.

Can we keep managing the website after launch?

Yes. The agency workspace supports continued client work, from content updates to additional pages and features.
