Website Redesign Cost Calculator

Calculate a launch budget and first-year cost using your own estimates. The starting values are editable examples—not market averages, quotes, or Revamp plan recommendations.

Your project budget

Work cost

Estimated hours × blended hourly rate.

Launch budget

Work + one-time expenses + contingency.

First-year budget

Launch budget + 12 months of running costs.

Working-time estimate

Hours ÷ weekly capacity; approval delays and contingency time are additional.

How to estimate the work

List the pages and reusable layouts, content to write or migrate, customer journeys, connected services, and launch checks. Estimate each task separately, then enter the total hours. A payment flow or content migration can require more review than the number of pages suggests.

Use the scope worksheet to agree what is included. Replace the example hourly rate with your actual estimate. For alternative scenarios, change the hours and rates rather than assuming every agency charges the same price.

The calculation

Launch budget = (hours × rate + one-time expenses) × (1 + contingency ÷ 100). First-year budget = launch budget + 12 × monthly running cost. Delivery time = hours ÷ available hours per week.

Taxes, currency conversion, financing, and the cost of delays are not modeled. The calculation is not a supplier quote, market benchmark, or guarantee of completion time.

What does Revamp change?

Revamp lets you start from your existing URL or a new brief, then refine the design and build working features in the same project. Estimate your actual review, content, migration, and testing effort rather than treating AI generation as a zero-work launch.

Use current Revamp pricing for the plan and allowances you need. Paid external services, payment fees, and specialist work may be additional. A free evaluation is not a complete production budget.
